We work with meat. We have a lot of it in our freezers all the time, and at great prices. We want to diversify our economic stability into a sensible portfolio that still revolves around meat, but is not too interdependent, while cooperation between activities can increase the margin in all other activities.
And that’s why over the past few months we have developed a large-scale project for the delivery of ready meals “Šašlyk”, where the meat that we buy as raw material is seasoned, grilled on a gas grill and delivered as a ready meal, just like Pizza or Burgers.
There is a complete lack of fire roasted meat on the Czech market. And the numbers? For example, we buy 20 tons of meat for the production of canned goods and from the cost of CZK 12 we make the selling price in the B2B petfood CZK 32 and in the B2C petfood CZK 49. In the case of delivery of ready-made food, we are able to make the price of 30 CZK the selling price of 250 CZK.
To reserve e.g. 4 tons out of 20 purchased for this purpose is economically interesting. We are now waiting for a survey by Datamar, which will conduct research on whether or not there is demand for this product and test price sensitivity. The first establishment is of course in Brno.
