It is clear to us that there is a huge difference between a salesperson who says “it’s a canned food for the dog” and a salesperson who knows a lot about the product, knows its main advantages and benefits and can convey and explain them to the consumer. That’s why at the beginning of October we organized an online training for about 70 salesmen of one of the largest pet supply networks in the Czech Republic, Zvěrokruh. The training took place on both our brands, LOUIE and MARTY.
