As we have already informed you, within the activities related to the food industry, ALEMAR Food Group s.r.o. has one more new, completely unique activity. We have developed a unique way of cold extracting food-grade coffee oil with high vitamin E content and a great coffee flavour from the coffee log. The raw material – coffee leaf – is practically free. We have successfully received a patent application for this technology from the Industrial Property Office and are now in the “Patent Pending” stage. However, the legal protection of our invention works until a final decision is made.
