The quality of our production is our top priority. And let’s not lie, we have seen in the past that unnecessary damage has been caused by workers sometimes deliberately neglecting work procedures and filling out documentation falsely. That is why, in addition to the previously installed security camera systems, we have also launched a new internal camera system, where we can see all workplaces as if they were on the palm of our hand. The workers will thus be under constant supervision and it will be virtually impossible for them to deviate from the guidelines. One large TV is in the open space office and another is directly in the CEO’s office. Both the production manager and the managing director can therefore check the work in production at any time with a simple movement of the eyes. We will also add an intercom to the system, which will allow you to speak to employees directly from the office.
