Automated machines require less operator expertise and the workload is significantly lower. So we don’t need qualified experts for every position and one for the whole department is enough. Other, basically operator and monitoring activities can be performed by almost anyone. That’s why we decided to try cooperation with the Prison Service and give a job opportunity to convicts who can better prepare for reintegration into society and earn something at the same time. In addition, we will save approximately 40% of labour costs.
