Using food-approved solvents, we are able to extract coffee oil from the coffee grounds – or lógr – using a special and patented process, which has a pleasant coffee taste, is full of antioxidants and vitamins, does not contain much caffeine and is therefore suitable for example for. for folded pastries, desserts or for preparing dark meat.

In addition, we are working on a technology that would strip the oil of colour and flavour, making it a classic degreaser for everyday culinary use.
