The completion of this machine and its subsequent commissioning will be one of the biggest events in our company since the launch of the Žabčice operation. For over a year we have been waiting for a new autoclave from a renowned Italian manufacturer that produces for companies such as. Giana or even Ferrari (yes even composite carbon parts are sintered in autoclaves). Unlike the current autoclave, the new autoclave will be fully automatic, have 20% more capacity, a faster sterilization cycle and, most importantly, virtually zero operator requirements. This will result in a 120% increase in production capacity. Of course, we still have to invest a lot in order to be able to fill and pack so much of the product, but in the case of the mixture of pouches and cans we are already able to fill this capacity and we have already ordered and developed additional machines for packaging purposes.
