Launch of the project for full automation of the dirty part of production

Together with our partner company ALTEC from Chotěbor, which develops the most advanced automatic machines and technologies, we have started a project of complete automation of the dirty part of production. This will include a fully automatic line that will do everything from sterilising the cans to palletising them. The sterilization operator then takes the baskets of canned goods to a specific location, where the robot unloads them onto a conveyor belt, they go through a washer and dryer, a labeler, an automatic packing tunnel with automatic bale labeling, and then on to robotic palletizing, stretch wrapping and pallet labeling. At the end of the process, the finished pallet of cans will be picked up by a worker with a VZV and loaded for dispatch to the warehouse. One line of this type will have a capacity of 6000 pcs and will be sufficient for 2 autoclaves. Overlapping production of individual autoclaves and the need to empty the bins in time for further production in the clean part of the plant are also taken into account. However, the space will be sized for up to two such lines, as we plan to operate a total of 4 autoclaves.
