Food production is a complex and carefully monitored industry for hygiene and food safety reasons. All the more so when animal raw material is processed. That is why a permit is always granted for 3 months, then extended for another 3 months and when everything is in order at the six-month autdit, a permanent permit is granted. We passed this one today and got our permanent permit to produce canned meat for humans!
